- Use hiring practices and culture-building principles to establish norms in which everyone feels they have the responsibility to find opportunities and a voice to move the organization to pursue them.
- Feed employees with “resources, trends, insights, and best practices” to accelerate their work.
- Expose employees to people who have “uncovered innovations” and to decision-makers with the power to help make ideas happen.
