What is the Outthinker Certification Process

The Outthinker Certification process is a dynamic and rich learning experience, filled with insights and new perspectives, you will be challenged to expand your skillset with Outthinker founder Kaihan Krippendorff, peers, and exclusive on-demand content. We provided you with the tools and support required to enable you to succeed.

  1. Module 1: Overview and Imagine
    Review video material and complete workbook sections for the Overview and Imagine steps
  2. Module 2: Expand 1
    Review video material and complete workbook sections for the Expand 1 step
  3. Module 3: Expand 2
    Review video material and complete workbook sections for the Expand 1 step.
  4. Module 4: Analyze and Sell
    Review video material and complete workbook sections for the Analyze and Dissect steps.
  5. Module 5: Content Challenge
    Complete a content challenge that tests your understanding of the Outthinker fundamentals, and unlocks some of the more advanced concepts that are sometimes overlooked. Complete a one-hour review with Kaihan to review your content test with the goal of uncovering and addressing any of the more advanced subtleties of the process to ensure you have not missed anything and are fully equipped to succeed.
  6. Module 6: Practicum
    Organize and conduct a practicum, in front of a friendly audience, in which you can practice delivering the entire process.
  7. Module 7: Practicum Review & Certification
    Complete a review with Kaihan to go over any remaining questions and uncertainties that may be outstanding.
  8. Module 8: Onboarding
    Hold Onboarding call with an Outthinker leader to go over the content and skills you have learned, the content platform and its tools and resources, along with clarifying community protocols, make introductions to peers and any other opportunities that  help ensure you get immediate value out of your certification and membership.
