For years, Kaihan Krippendorff advised strategy leaders at the world’s largest companies. Over time, something changed: they stopped asking him for consulting, specifically, and started asking him to connect them with peers. What they needed wasn’t another advisor. It was each other.
So in 2016, Outthinker began: exclusive peer communities where senior strategy leaders could work on their biggest challenges together. Not consulting. Not training. Peer-to-peer strategic problem solving among people who understood each other’s context.
